Finished up the prototype kitchen knife today. AEBL steel at 60hrc, white and black G10 handles.

Pleased to have it done so I can test but there's lots wrong with this. Handle isn't nearly as comfortable as I thought it would be, and the shape of the edge needs work as it doesn't rock chop properly. Have learnt a lot though which was my main goal! #knifeclub #knifemaking
